Data protection declaration
In the case of all data processing procedures (e.g. gathering, processing and transmission), we shall act in accordance with the legal requirements of German legislation which is applicable to this internet site and related contracts. The declaration below shall provide you with an idea of the kind of data gathered, the way in which data are used and transmitted, the security measures which we take in order to protect your data and the way in which you are to be informed of the information provided to us.
§ 1 Gathering and storage of personal data

We should also like to point out that, at the direction of a relevant agency, we shall in individual cases have the right to provide information about data where this is necessary for the purposes of bringing criminal prosecutions, ensuring the prevention of risks by police authorities in the Länder, satisfying the statutory tasks of the Federal and State authorities for the protection of the Constitution as well as the Federal Intelligence Service and the Military Counter-Intelligence Service, and enforcing intellectual property rights.
§ 3 Security information
We have taken a number of security measures in order to ensure the adequate and appropriate protection of personal information. Our databases are protected by physical and technical measures as well as procedural measures which restrict access to information to specially authorised people in accordance with this data protection declaration. Our information system is behind a software firewall in order to prevent the access of other networks which are connected to the internet. Only employees who require information to perform a particular task shall be granted access to personal information. Our employees shall be trained in security and data protection practices. In the case of communication by e-mail, we cannot guarantee complete data security.
§ 4 Cookies
